The Ali Gertz: In Her Own Words lesson guide is designed to help educators reinforce the messages of the video and explore the issues it raises. It offers the basic facts on HIV/AIDS, including statistics on youth and HIV. It includes video discussion questions and exercises that engage participants. And it provides handouts, additional resources, and ideas for young people about how they can get involved in the fight against HIV.
